A review of methodologies in detecting drug-drug interactions

Drug-drug interactions (DDIs) are a leading cause of adverse drug reactions. It is critical process to identify DDIs in administration. Compared biomedical experiments, there exists urgent demand predict through computational approaches. In this review, both traditional and advanced DDI prediction methodologies discussed. Classical approaches based on frequency Bayes illustrated. Studies the latest statistical techniques such as machine learning, network deep learning for elaborated. On account superiorities limitations current models, we also prospect future development This review shall provide whole picture innovation facilitate interaction research.
